Customized 3-day workshop on: Theories of Difference
The increasing diversity in organizational, community, and social life has led to a demand for diversity trainers ,consultants, managers, and
practitioners well grounded in the theoretical bases for valuing differences. This 3-day program provides the grounding required for credible, effective practitioners.
This program includes conceptual and experiential learning events such as theory input and discussions, self-assessment instuments, small-group
activities, and application of learnings to participants' own organizations and situations.
Participants will increase their knowledge base and awareness of approaches to dealing with differences in organizations, communities, and society;
better understand the dynamics of difference; and learn application of current theory, skills, and practices in valuing diversity.
